Tom Taylor is a pianist, composer and teacher originally from the Wirral, now based in the South East.
The first album of his compositions, First Light, was released in Spring 2020.
"But more impressive is the ability of the duo to phrase together, to match each other tonally and dynamically, and ultimately to create moments of interplay that transcend the need for musical ‘pyrotechnics’ ... the whole album has an ethereal beauty"
As well as this project he regularly works with the bands Seafarers and duck-rabbit.
Tom also holds the post of Director of Performance at Habs Boys' School and directs the Habs Jazz Summer School.
